Exercise Hard?

Exercise is really the big advantage for diet plan; this is the important aspect of your planning, but how much? How hard? How long? Nowadays, people do hard exercise. Running as fast as possible and as long as possible. In fact, if you are overweight this hard exercise will not be good for your knee (but this isn’t a reason if you only have 10-15 kgs overweight).

You have to pay attention to your joints. Mostly the knee joints which will take the burden ten or even more than a hundred kilograms. It will be better if you make a lighter program like water sport (swimming), pilates, weight lifting (try cable rows with light weight, the effect will be the same like jogging which burns the fat but on your hands), or static bicycle. One thing that you should remember, do exercise which is not require your whole body weight and safe for your joints.

Sit Up Makes Smaller Tummy?

You are still doing this? Doing hundreds of sit ups to make your tummy smaller? If you want to get rid of your tummy fat and make it smaller, sit up is not the answer. Here’s my advice, stop it right now because this exercise pulls your neck muscle too much and it is not a good condition to be done too regularly.

Replace your exercise with cardio that will burn your fat better and consume healthy foods.

Fill Your Body with Nutrient

Exercise is very important to you who feel overweight, so food is also critical for you. When you do the diet to lose weight, you have to make a good meal plan. By that, you can control every meal you consumed and not about skipping your meal by not eating at all.
